Description

Kelly Brothers – ‘Crying Days Are Over’ / ‘Can’t Stand It No Longer’ – Sims 293 (US)

Chicago’s Kelly Brothers never made a bad record, neither under their own name, nor as the King Pins or as solo artists (like Robert Kelly’s fantastic ‘Grade School’ on their own One Way label). This wonderful dancer from 1966 featuring Robert’s lead vocals should need no introduction. ‘Can’t Stand It No Longer’, actually the topside, is magnificent, too!

Condition: A side plays VG+ or perhaps a notch better, the flip has a bit of surface noise; still, more or less as good as these somewhat primitive pressings get (please listen to the clips). Labels have some slight wear (please see scans).

Please send payment via Paypal within three days. Will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels.

Shipping 1-2 singles: USD $8.00 to European destinations; USD $10.00 to the rest of the world. Shipping 3-5 singles: $11.50 to Europe; $13.00 to the rest of the world. Registered and insured shipping (with a tracking number) is an additional USD $11.00 per parcel to cover a total value not exceeding $80.00. The additional charge for registered and insured shipping covering a total value of up to circa $1,500.00, which is the maximum, is USD $16.00. Please get in touch for further combined shipping rates.

Shipping from Sweden is expensive – though the rest of the world is surely catching up, not least the US – not least due to the fact that the weight increments are few and far apart, but it’s usually swift and safe.

American bidders, kindly note that shipping to the US is not US $4.00; this is eBay’s default setting and not applicable as I am based in Sweden. Please wait for my invoice. Thank you!

Happy to answer any questions. Please see my other auctions with many rare soul items this week.

Thanks for looking and good luck!
