Yes, it has RVG  & a ear in the dead end wax on both sides, someone at the factory etched BN LP 4021 A on side 2, then etched a B over the A.

Condition:

Cover is VG+...overall looks real good...there is some minor wear on left & right bottom corners. The rest of the edges look real good...the spine is excellent...no splits...there are two water marks on the back cover (check out the pics). Also, there are five numbers, 12379 writing in ink  (1/2" long by 1/8'' wide ) on the right bottom of the back cover.

Vinyl is VG++...side 1  looks real good...spindle hole has a tad of wear...side 2 has some hairline marks...spindle hole is perfect...no scratches...no warps.
