"Black and silver Bill Grauer Productions" label both sides.  Cover has "553 West 51st St., New York 19, N.Y. " address and is laminated.  

 Record looks M- and plays M-.  A really beautiful copy without scuffs or scratches.  Vinyl is bright and glossy and looks unplayed or nearly so.

 Cover is VG++

  Front cover is bright, glossy and beautiful showing little or no wear.  "Stereophonic" sticker on the front. No split seams. All seams and spine tight and intact with very light, if any wear.  All corners tight and sharp. Back cover has light wear.  There's a piece of cover slick missing 1 inch by 1/2 inch under the word "stereophonic".  Otherwise, cover is M-
