Description

Original "RVG"-stamped "P" pressing of Kenny Drew Undercurrent on the West 63rd Street labels of Blue Note BLP 4059. Side 2 has the deep-groove (there are no known pressings of BLP 4059 with a deep-groove on both sides.) The playing surface is mint, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated "43 West 61st St." cover is bright and clean throughout, with a flawless front graphic, sharp corners and perfect seams; very small ding to the lower right corner; light foxing along the left edge of the back slick. Personnel includes Freddie Hubbard, Hank Mobley, Sam Jones, and Louis Hayes.
