Kiddie Rekord Album - 1922 - Childrens Record - 6 Picture Records - 78 rpm
For auction is this rare, vintage Kiddie Rekord album. It holds six, 6" 78 rpm records. Manufactured in 1922 by the Kiddie Rekord Company which was in business for only one year. The records and album are in excellent condition showing very little evidence of use. The records are bright and shiny and look as though they were played only a very few times. One record does have a 3" tight crack in the center which does not extend to the outside edge and still plays fine (see last photo). There is a very minor edge chip to "Little Bo Peep" (see photo). The album and records were very well cared for and not abused.
