Killer R&B Black Arizona Rocker by Jimmie "Playboy" Knight with soulful vocal by Henry "Mojo" Thompson titled "Little Ann" on the PHYNK label #1753 from 1962. Flip "At Nadines Ebony Door" is a very cool instro. "Little Ann" features not one, but two greasy guitar breaks by the "White Ike" Jimmie Knight. Wailing, frantic saxes played by Mike Metko (Checkers, Versatiles, Vice-Roys, Bro. Zee etc.) and Bernard Williams (Dyke). Check out a clip this great disc above from the same record you are bidding on. Vinyl condition is very lovely VG++. There are a couple of superficial surface scuffs visible on flip. Labels M-.
