DESCRIPTION: King Crimson- In The Court Of The Crimson King. Early UK pressing with etched matrix ending A/B, pink rim labels and Robor Limited gatefold sleeve. Postage cost includes tracking, insurance and a box mailer. . LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Island ILPS 9111. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970s. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/VG+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen. Played all of this this morning on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays VG . Side A plays clean, loud and clear with just an occasional soft tick. Side B has a trickle of background sound throughout. The music remains loud and prominent. Cover is in nice clean condition. It retains great shape and has near moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and only light creasing.. Inside to Gatefold is clean and free from any faults. "E143" written in small faded print to rear top right hand corner. Very clean labels- just check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
