King crimson’s fourth lp titled “islands.released 1971.island ilps 9175 matrix information side 1 ilps 9175 a-1u 1gm side 2 ilps 9175 b-1u 1h very early first pressing.comes with original textured e.j day gatefold lyric inner that the record is placed into.these rare inserts only came with the earliest copies and generally turn up in terrible conditions due to the flimsy design.with non laminated flipback cover again only comes with early pressings. Now for the condition... the record is graded as excellent plus with nice shine to vinyl.perfect clean labels.the insert has no seam splits where the record fits but the lyric sheet has unfortunately came apart from the spine of the gatefold inner.no other damage wording on spine is fully readable.could be repaired but will leave as is in two parts.pictures provided.non laminated flipback sleeve is graded as very good plus with no writing or tears and flipbacks fully intact.a chance to own this rare island lp in nice condition.good luck if bidding
