Description

On offer here is a UK STEREO pressing of the album LIZARD by KING CRIMSON. The Cat. No is ILPS9141 on the pink rim Island record label, this pressing dates from 1970.

Matrix / Runout (A-side runout stamped): ILPS 9141 A-2U      2  AR
Matrix / Runout (B-side runout stamped): ILPS 9141 B-2U      3  AH

THE LABELS are in EX condition with NO WRITING just a few spindle marks.

THE VINYL cosmetically grades comfortably as EX condition. The vinyl is very glossy with just a few very light non feelable surface marks, a fantastic example. It played through with no issues, there were no jumps or sticks, just a hint of very light background noise in the very quietest parts. A very enjoyable listen, playback grades as EX.

THE INNER SLEEVE is a plain white inner, in VG+ condition, with NO WRITING or SPLITS just some minor creases.

THE COVER is the original laminated cover. This is in EX condition, there are NO SPLITS or WRITING. The spine, top and bottom edges are 100% and the corners are in nice shape. The only noticeable fault is there is a small area of tape residue at the top of the left hand side of the inner gatefold, this can be seen in the photo.

A NICE COPY OF THIS COLLECTABLE ALBUM.

Thanks for looking
