Excellent + /Mint (?) /Near Mint (?) condition vinyl – bordering on near mint, for which I’m sure many would grade as completely flat, weighty, and retaining a jet black lacquer sheen. With very close inspection under a bright light, I am not able to find even a paper scuff mark . The labels are near perfect with only one very tiny discoloration as big as a pinhead on Side A and a few spindle marks, hardly noticeable on A and B sides. Certainly, this is a record that has been only very sparingly played. Excellent condition ROBOR Ltd. fully laminated outer sleeve with only the tiniest of marks as pictured, firm spine and all spine text perfectly intact, near perfect right angled corners with no compression but not mint. Cover on both sides have very small amount of record rash as pictured ( as good as I could get using an Apple phone For all photos). Almost all of the laminate remains in place and intact with no laminate lifting or crease except for three /four small 1/2 inch or less crease marks on front cover, two small crease marks on rear cover as pictured .
Superb near mint stereo sound quality with no sticks, skips, repeats, clicks, or distortion or background crackle. This record has been Completely reviewed on both sides on a Project turntable with Sumiko-Moonstone stylus. Every track is timeless and remains a great listen, this is prog rock at its very best . The album comes with original Island Records light blue poly line inner sleeved with the correct pink “i“ logo and Saint Peter‘s Square text at the bottom. The blue color of the sleeve is far deeper than what the camera would allow me to capture, which indeed, looks very pale. The actual color is much richer as is the pink logo.
The vinyl comes in a separate poly sleeve And all three items; the cover, the vinyl, the inner sleeve, come in clear plastic LP sleeve. This thing has been pampered :-)
Ships in well packed and insured LP container.
