Description

I have for sale an extremely extremely rare pressing of King Crimson's debut LP "In the Court of the Crimson King." This is the Island records pressing ILPS-9111 with the Pink label with a lower case "i". This record is from 1969 and is in Stereo.

This is not the American press, which came out on Atlantic. This isn't even the one with Palm island label. This is much more rare. A NM copy of this sold on eBay for about $330. My copy is unfortunately not NM, but it's VG on both the cover and record. The record still has much shine (which you can see in the photo). There are a few light scratches and some scuff marks. Crackle can be heard in the softer sections but it's not overly distracting. The cover has a few scuffs on it. The top right corner has the remnants of a price tag. There's no writing on the gatefold cover. There's about an inch of seem separation but it's most in tact. The edges of the cover are a bit born as well. Slight ring wear on the back cover.

Good luck!
