EXTREMELY RARE 12"
I did'nt know anything about this vinyl when i bought it, only that it was on Stiff Records because it has BUY IT 217 in the run-out groove but i thought it looked interesting, but now after some research it turns out it is an extremely rare 12" that only exists as an UNRELEASED White Label Test Pressing.
Below is what i found out about it on the internet.

BUY IT 217 only exists as an unreleased white label test pressing and comes in a plain white
album sleeve. Tracey Ullman was one of the three comedians in the UK TV comedy series
“Three of a Kind” broadcast between 1981 and 1983
The record was pressed in 1984 and only exists as a white label test pressing.
'Little Red Riding Hood' was never released due to copyright issues.
Some copies of this extremely rare 12" had 'One Of A Kind' stamped on the sleeve,
a reference to both Tracey Ullman and the name of the show.
The B side samples a sketch from the TV series laid over an electro-boogie backing track.
The sketch is sampled extensively and re-tells the 'Little Red Riding Hood' children's story
with a modern urban twist.
'Little Red Riding Hood' is noteworthy as a very early example of UK electro,
made even more sought after by electro collectors as it was never released.
The record is number 626 in the official Stiff Records Discography.

(sleeve is intact with a small name written in the top right corner, it has some ring discolouration due to being a plain white sleeve)
