Kiss "Destroyer" original USA 33 1/3 rpm Long-playing (LP) promotional phonograph record, Casablanca Records NBLP 7025, AND original USA 33 1/3 rpm Long-playing (LP) phonograph record, Casablanca Records NBLP 7025, with album cover. This unique issue contains both the promotional and commercial copies of "Destroyer". The stereo promotional record has blue promotional labels, with full-color Casablanca logo, and silver print text (note the promotional designation in silver print text, underneath the palm trees on the first record label pictured). Both labels are clean, with no writing on either side. The stereo commercial record has blue labels, with full-color Casablanca logo, and silver print text. Kiss featured Ace Frehley (lead guitar, vocals), Paul Stanley (rhythm guitar, vocals), Gene Simmons (bass, vocals), and Peter Cris (drums, vocals). "Destroyer" was recorded at the Record Plant Recording Studios, New York City. "Destroyer" was released in the United States, in 1976. The songs on the record are (Side One) "Detroit Rock City" (5:30), "King Of The Night Time World" (3:15), "God Of Thunder" (4:20), "Great Expectations" (4:20), (Side Two) "Flaming Youth" (2:55), "Sweet Pain" (3:20), "Shout It Out Loud" (2:50), "Beth" (2:45), and "Do You Love Me" (3:33). "Detroit Rock City" and "Great Expectations" were written by Gene Simmons and Bob Ezrin. "King Of The Night Time World" was written by Kim Fowley, Mark Anthony, Paul Stanley, and Bob Ezrin. "God Of Thunder" was written by Paul Stanley. "Flaming Youth" was written by Ace Frehley, Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and Bob Ezrin. "Sweet Pain" was written by Gene Simmons. "Shout It Out Loud" was written by Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, and Bob Ezrin. "Beth" was written by Peter Cris, Stan Penridge, and Bob Ezrin. "Do You Love Me" was written by Kim Fowley, Bob Ezrin, and Paul Stanley. The lyrics to "Detroit Rock City" are printed on one side of the custom light cardboard sleeve. The rare thirty-one-year-old promotional record appears to have never been played, and is in mint condition. There is no sign of a turntable spindle ever touching the center hole.
