This is the 12" triple vinyl LP "Kiss Symphony Alive IV 2-28-03" by Kiss. It is an AMERICAN pressing, released in 2003 on the Sanctuary label (06076-84617-1).
Very scarce vinyl pressing limited to 10,000 individually numbered copies - this is # 5982.
Also included is the double CD with booklet and sleeves (no plastic case).

Vinyl is all in EXCELLENT condition - Disc 1 has a bit of a warp at one edge which may cause a jump or two on the first song (plays fine on our equipment).
Trifold Cover is also EXCELLENT.
Mint As second-hand records, you won't find them in better condition. Will appear as new and unplayed. Covers with no wear or creasing.
Excellent This is a still a great record. Very light surface wear may be found under strong light which will have no affect on sound quality. Covers may have minor wear and creasing.
Very Good Will have scuffs and needlewear which may have some affect on sound quality. Covers may have noticeable wear and creases but intact.
Good Deeper scratches are evident, which may significantly affect sound quality. Covers may be split, torn or significantly worn.
