Description
All Time Popular Favourites - Works by Tchaikovsky, Schubert, Weber and Nicolai
Hans Knappertsbusch conducting the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
UK Decca stereo pressing with grooved black & silver wideband labels. "Original recording" on 10 o'clock position.
Article-no.: SXL 2239. 3W/2W stampers. Label of side 1 has sample copy sticker attached.
-
Condition Cover: VG+ to EX. Front laminated flipback with very light ring and shelf wear.
-
Condition Vinyl: VG+ to EX. Can't have been played very often. Side 1, however, has two faint, parallel running hairline marks. I've playgraded the entire passage and there's no repetitive tics, just a subdued tic here or there. Unfortunately there's also one punctula deep mark that causes 3 loud repetitive tics. Side 2 looks great. As a whole this still plays great with some subdued surface noise in the quieter passages. Highly enjoyable copy!

General Information:
- Shipping-rates may differ for different destinations, please check details below for more information or shortly adress me.
- I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases and I'll always send an invoice with correct rates shortly after auction-end.
- Unless you notify me in time, payment is expected within 5 days after receiving of invoice. If I don't at least hear from you in between, I'll send a non-payment notification through Ebay
afterwards.
- I use sturdy cardboard-boxes and cardboard-dividers, both specifically designed for the safe shipping of vinyl records.
- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.
- If in doubt about anything, please contact me, I'm glad to assist you with any possible queries!

A note about my record-grading:
I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.
My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
