RECORD GRADING
We only use Mint for records that are as-new.
Excellent ++ is for records that look hardly played.
Excellent + comes next, and Excellent is for records that are okay but look as if they have been played a lot.
If records, or their jackets, have significant faults, they are described.
We listen to our most expensive records but only check others by eye - particularly boxed sets that would take hours to listen to. This means that we may occasionally miss a serious fault. If this happens, please tell us so we can give you a full refund.
SHIPPING
We give free shipping for any item that sells for $400 Canadian or more.
We are responsible for parcels until they arrive safely, so we do not offer untracked shipping.
