Knights-Across The Boards (Ace MG-200,854) VG++ with M- jacket
Beautiful Final Collection Archive Copy of 1966 Western MA prep rock. One side of this LP is a lot of cool British Invasion covers by the Animals, Zombies, Stones, etc plus the killer guitar-slamming original instrumental "Tale of a 280 lb Shoe Salesman" reissued off one of Crypt Records raucous "Strummin Mental" comps. The other side is jazzy stage band material. 
The A-side of this LP is one of the better Knights LPs, and this rotating member prep school combo cut one album annually from 1958 through 1968 (and in 1969, they changed the name of the school band to Silent Cheer, which signaled the end of the music tradition at Mt Hermon). Very elusive limited edition pressing of 500 copies so don’t miss out.
