Description
Up for bid is a nearly new copy of Milk Cow Blues No. 3 and Big Leg Mamma on Decca 7116. The record is new looking except for a few storage scuffs. Plays loud and clear. As pictured, there is a "Capitol Music Co. Inc." boldly stamped on the B side - it is also on the "A" side but less pronounced. It tells me that Capitol Music had bought in bulk from Decca for some reason or another. In B. Rust's record labels book, he mentions that there was a merger of Decca and Capitol in England. Maybe there was some selling of store stock over here in the U.S. beforehand. This is a good clean record to add to a collection, anyhow.
