Record Grading Scale:
NM (Near Mint): Vinyl - as close to an unplayed record's perfection as possible; this is the highest grade I will give any record I sell, because I only sell records that have been played, and I refuse to grade a used record as Mint. Cover - next to no defects except those from very careful handling.
EX (Excellent): Vinyl - very few light pops / clicks, very low surface noise. Cover - hardly any creases or corner / edge / ring wear.
VG+ (Very Good +): Vinyl - occasional light pops / clicks, very low surface noise. Cover - minor creases and corner / edge / ring wear.
VG (Very Good): Vinyl - occasional pops / clicks, low surface noise. Cover - moderate creases and corner / edge / ring wear.
G+ (Good +): Vinyl - frequent pops / clicks, low surface noise. Cover - partial seam splits, significant creases, corner / edge / ring wear, tape, writing or other defects.
G (Good): Vinyl - frequent pops / clicks, moderate surface noise but doesn't overpower music; this is the lowest grade vinyl I sell; I will not sell records that skip from scratches or warpage. Cover - full seam splits, deep creases, heavy corner / edge / ring wear, tape, writing or other defects.
