Description
This is the blue vinyl pressing, sadly it doesn’t have the hype sticker, but other than that it’s superb.
Vinyl: played no more than once; some tracks played once six years or so ago, some (the singles) not played at all. Please note there are a few very light superficial bits of dust around and about; that’s all it is, it’s not scratches, but I don’t want to clean the records in case you prefer a different cleaning method to what I would use. Just to reiterate, it’s just a couple of odd specks of very light dust, and nothing detrimental in the vinyl.
Cover/sleeves: Completely strong and sturdy, overall almost NM except one or two flaws I’ll list below.
Front cover, some mild ringwear towards the right, it shows on the water on picture 3. Also some very faint scuffing bottom right, also on picture 3.
Rear cover, scuffing on 3 corners as shown in pictures 5, 6 and 7.
Inner gatefold, very strong; in fact I don’t want to completely open it flat because the cardboard still has its rigidity, I don’t want to compromise that. Little bit of creasing on the top left (see picture 9).
Inner sleeve 1, mild crease, hopefully visible picture 11.
Overall, this isn’t mint (and good luck finding a mint copy for less than the price of a good bike!), but if you can put up with some fairly small imperfections around various sleeve edges then this is well worth looking at.
I think I’ve covered everything: I’ve done my best to describe all the imperfections as best I can; this will be an expensive purchase for somebody so I want to make sure you know what you’re getting. Do please contact me if you have any queries at all about condition or anything else, I want you to be absolutely happy with everything. NB, overseas bidders please contact me beforehand to confirm shipping costs (but as a rough guide, east coast USA willbe £26).
