Description

La Piel Del Amor

Original soundtrack

RCA Victor 31Z-2318 / 1973 / Argentina

La Piel Del Amor (*) b/w La Piel Del Amor (**)

(*) Dan (Sung version)

(**) Horacio Malvicino (Instrumental version)

1st and only pressing released in 1973 on RCA Victor, Argentina. As usual in this region, the record spins at 33-rpm. It is impossible to know how many copies have been manufactured by the RCA of this specific OST release. The only thing for sure is that this rarity never surfaces on the market. And it is not surprising if we keep in mind that this controversial film was made during the turbulent early-70s period in South America, within the bounds of censorship. Both sides feature the same track entitled La Piel Del Amor (The Skin Of Love, translated into English), and while the A-side is sung in Spanish, the flipside contains an instrumental version of the same track. The film starred the sexy Latin actress Susana Gimenez, as shown on cover. Unique chance to add it to your 45s collection!

Listen to the soundclip(s): La Piel Del Amor (Instrumental version)
