LARRY JOHNSON "PRESENTING THE COUNTRY BLUES" mono lp on Blue Horizon 7-63851 England issue 1969 VG-/VG. (New dealer: Please check my About Me page.)
I would grade this LP VG-. I will only auction VG- condition LPs that are “classic recordings” or just very old, interesting and hard-to-find LPs. These records will have a healthy amount of play and visible scuffs or lines that do affect play. The record still plays through nicely; it’s just an obviously much-appreciated recording. Still way better than no copy at all, and in my opinion, still better than a CD. This lp has had a good amount of play but still retains a lot of it’s shine. THIS IS A VINTAGE COPY. I don't list many VG- lps. But this plays through without a hitch and is a much sought after lp. There are three tracks that are the main problem. Trks 1 & 7 side 1 and trk. 7 on side 2 have scratches that really affect play for at least half of these tracks. The rest of the tracks hover in the VG to VG+ range. Bargain collectible.
The Jacket: (I don’t rate any jackets with my initials NM) In black magic marker, my initials back upper left, an x back lower left. A very functional jacket. I would rate the cover VG overall with ring, seam and corner wear. A gold Blue Horizon sticker front. But the jacket is just fine over all. . ! US buyers (attached 49 states), for single lp, pay Media rate $4.00 which includes p&h, or Priority rate $8.75 which includes p&h. To Hawaii and Puerto Rico a strict $9.00 Priority rate with all p&h charges included. Paypal seems to be the only payment option Ebay now accepts. For other USPS services please contact me. Postage to international airmail customers out of US will range from $13.50 to $16.50 with additional lps adding $6.00 each, up to FOUR lps. These prices are determined by weight and destination. No extra USPS services are available to international customers. Combined shipping to all destinations will result in a lower rate per item.
