LARRY NORMAN - RANDY STONEHILL FILM POSITIVE and VINYL LP
In 1976 Randy Stonehill released his second album, Welcome to Paradise, which was produced by Larry Norman, went on to be called the third most important CCM album by critics in the following decade, and is still regarded as the creative benchmark in Stonehill's five decade long career.
This auction is for a copy of the album on vinyl AND the original color film positive (a large format slide) that was used to create the Paradise album cover. It's a piece of CCM history, and an iconic image that introduced an artist. The positive is in full color, but due to its nature it didn't photograph very well with an iPad as you can see in the photo. Rest assured, it is the real deal, the full color image used to make the album cover.
Your winning bid gets you a vinyl copy of the record and this original film positive (but not the underlying copyrights other than for personal use, for instance, personal enlargements, personal posters, etc.)
