This is a rare and in demand PRE -PUNK / PRE - THE POLICE UK single by the band LAST EXIT from 1975. AN NEAR MINT ORIGINALPRESSING, AND A MUST !!!.
This was STING from THE POLICE first band and first single, and this copy is the ORIGINAL 1975 PRIVATE PRESSING with the PUSH OUT CENTRE (later copies from 1979 had a solid centre, don;t be confused). This single is mentioned in Mario Panciera's excellent PUNK BIBLE " 45 Revolutions" and gets a very high mark for rarity, 3 1/2 stars out of possible 5 !!!
The single came out in 1975 on the private WUDWINK RECORDS, catalogue number WUD 01 , a rare find and an ORIGINAL pressing !!!
The songs are: WHISPERING VOICES / EVENSONG.
This single never came with a P/S and The condition of the VINYL is EX+++ (Only PLAYED ONCE to test)!!!
You will not find another copy of this killer PRE -PUNK / PRE- THE POLICE single very soon in this NM condition, only a few hundred copies were ever made of this private press single.
DON'T LET THIS RARE PRE - PUNK / PRE - THE POLICE single get away as you will never see another and especially not in this condition.
