Goldmine Record Grading (see below)
Record Album: VG++ ~ Very clean and looks to have only been played a time or two. Pristine shine. Has about a 3 inch thin hairline needle scratch on side 2 and on the last 2 songs. I played these 2 songs and the only thing I could hear is a little gritty sound of the needle when it goes across the space in between the songs. Songs themselves played clean. Great Blues Music, by the way!
Album Cover: VG+ ~ Kept in a plastic sleave. Clarifoil on front cover. Light ring wear.

GOLDMINE RECORD GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M): Absolutely perfect in every way - certainly never played, possibly even still sealed. We will rarely, if ever, use this grading unless we can guarantee that a record has not been re-sealed by someone other than the manufacturer. With Still Sealed (SS) records, let the buyer beware, unless it’s a U.S. pressing from the last 15-20 years. European imports are not factory-sealed, so if you see them advertised as sealed, someone other than the manufacturer sealed them.
Near Mint (NM or M-): A nearly perfect record. Record shows no obvious signs of wear. 45 RPM or EP sleeves should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling. An LP jacket should have no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect. No cut-out holes either. Same should be true for any inserts.
Very Good Plus (VG+) or Excellent: Record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don’t affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight ring wear, lightly turned up corners, or slight seam splits. LP jackets may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole.
Very Good (VG): Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing but will not overpower the music. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing or have tape or stickers (or their residues) attached. The same will be true for picture sleeves or LP covers
Good (G), Good Plus (G+): Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. A jacket or sleeve will have seam splits. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.
Poor (P), Fair (F): The record is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. The picture sleeve is water damaged, split on all three seams and heavily marred by wear and writing. The LP jacket barely keeps the LP inside it. Inner sleeves are fully seam split, crinkled and written upon.

- BIDDERS BEWARE OF "BID SNIPERS": "Bid Snipers" use software to bid in the final few seconds of the auction to take over the auction and win the item at the lowest possible price. You will not be able to beat a bid sniper program at the last minute. The best way to improve your chances on something you really want is to determine the maximum amount you are willing to pay and enter that amount. That method also helps avoid missing a bid or forgetting to bid on the item. eBay will enter your bid automatically at the LOWEST possible price for you. That means if your max bid is $50, but your current bid is only at $20 and nobody else bids then you still get it for $20 even though you entered $50. If you end up losing the auction it will NOT be because you have been had by a Bid Sniper - it will be because it went beyond the maximum you were willing to pay.
U.S. BUYERS: I ESTIMATE MY S&H PRICES AND ADD A SMALL HANDLING FEE TO COMPENSATE FOR HELPERS, PACKAGING COST, INSURANCE, ETC. ~ I USUALLY STATE A FLAT FEE SO THAT THE BUYER, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE COUNTRY, YOU WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THE ITEM IF YOU WIN. ~ THANKS!!
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Item will be shipped International Priority Mail OR First Class Registered Mail to comply with Paypals tracking policy.
