LEAF HOUND
GROWERS OF MUSHROOM
AKARMA AK 256
V. LTD. GATEFOLD WITH BONUS TRACKS
& POSTER!
STILL SEALED!
A great chance to bid for a limited reissue of one of the classic albums from the '70s! Originals go for silly
money, so this is your chance to get a sealed gatefold copy, with bonus tracks and poster for a fraction
of the cost!
Sleeve: Iconic, green-tinged, cartoon image of the band standing among mushrooms, backed with a similarly tinted
image of, I think, fungus growing on a log. There is an Akarma sticker on the front stating that the album is a 'virgin
180gm vinyl pressing' in 'heavy quality sleeves'. The factory-fresh shrink-wrap and thick card sleeve are both fully intact,
with no splits, marks or other damage. Immaculate!
Side One: 1. Freelance Fiend - 3'08" (Halls, French), 2. Sad Road To The Sea - 4'18" (Halls, French), 3. Drowned My Life In Fear - 3'01" (Ross),
4. Work My Body - 8'14" (D Brooks, French, S Brooks), 5. Stray - 3'49" (Halls, French)
Side Two: 1. With A Minute To Go - 4'19" (D Brooks, Young, Halls, French, S Brooks), 2. Growers Of Mushroom - 2'19" (Halls, French),
3. Stagnant Pool - 4'01" (French, Brooks), 4. Sawdust Ceasar - 4'29" (Halls, French, S Brooks),
Bonus Tracks: 5. It's Going To Get Better - 3'07" (Halls, French) B-Side from Telefunken U 56154,
6. Hip Shaker - 3'33" (Halls, French) Previously unreleased.
Please note that the postage is slightly higher for this item due to the weight of the sealed album.
This is just one item from my own extensive and eclectic personal collection of music and related bits and pieces which I will be listing over the next few months, or so.
I have been collecting for more than 30 years, so check back regularly to see what other gems I may have unearthed - they won't be listed in any particular order! My
recent absence from eBay has been because of work commitments but, as they seem to have dried up, I will be spending more time disposing of my collection!
I am not a dealer, so won't use traditional grading terms but, instead, will describe each item as carefully and honestly as I can with text and photos. Bidders are then free
to form their own opinions. Any apparent marks showing in the photos are reflections or dust, etc., unless otherwise specifically identified. If in doubt, please contact me
with any queries before bidding and I will get back to you promptly with an answer. I will also keep you informed throughout the whole ebay process.
All vinyl will be packaged in sturdy cardboard mailers with at least one stiffener and will be despatched within 2 working days of payment being received. PayPal is preferred,
but please contact me before bidding to discuss alternative, acceptable methods. Postage rates: UK - 2nd Class £4.00, Europe/R.O.T.W - AirMail Small Packet £7.75/£14.00.
Please note that I do not combine postage. All items are packaged and sent individually, so as to minimise damage and/or loss.
Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding!
