Led Zeppelin : Coda
This 'as new' vinyl plays to a standard so rarely heard today. Not to be confused with the more common German edition this is the first UK pressing and comes complete with a very impressive cover and inner.

Visual grading
This is as good as it gets! The vinyl is in beautiful condition and has that pristine look of a new record. It has a stunning mirror-like glossy sheen and I can only find a couple of barely visible sleeve removal hairlines and there are certainly no scratches or marks. There are only a couple of very faint spindle traces on each label and it is clear that the vinyl has only been played 2 or 3 times at most. The labels are super clean as are the run out grooves. A fantastic example.
Play grading
I have listened to the album in its entirety and as you expect from a hardly played vinyl the audio plays to a wonderful standard on both sides. The definition of the audio is exceptional and both 'We're Gonna Groove' and 'Poor Tom' are prime examples of that. The latter is heavily reliant on Bonham's drum work and it quite simply plays as Mint from start to finish. The clarity also cannot be faulted on S1 and on the mega quiet section during 'I Can't Quit You Baby' there is not even a dust tick let alone anything more. 'Walter's Walk' plays powerfully and with no interference apart from some inner groove distortion, a common feature on this track.
'Ozone Baby' on S2 is again Mint and perhaps should've been included on 'In Through The Out Door' as it was recorded during these sessions. Arguably it is better than some of the other tracks on there! It has such a stunning bass line. 'Darlene' plays to the same exacting standard with no hint of any interference and even the long fade out has only a couple of minor dust ticks. 'Bonzo's Montreux' just has to be heard to be believed! Whilst drum solos may not be everyone's 'thing' any Led Zepp fan will love this as it showcases his talents perfectly. The depth and power of the audio is immense and I have never heard a better version. The heavy 'Wearing And Tearing' ends this underrated album with incredible power once more and there is barely any distortion here. One of their 'loudest' tracks this a stunning version.
In summary this FINAL UPGRADE album is 'as new' basically as there is no interference whatsoever and the minor distortion would have been there when released back in '82. The clarity and definition of the audio cannot be faulted. The gatefold and inner are also in superb condition.
The Gatefold
The embossed gatefold is very near perfect apart from a few minor rubs on the back cover near the opening edge. Aside from that every aspect is in Mint condition with no shelf wear anywhere to be seen. A stunning example!
Inner Sleeve
The inner sleeve is in perfect condition with no splits, tears, marking or creasing and no handling wear either. 100% Mint!
The Labels
The 'Swan Song' labels are in perfect condition with no spindle wear and no marking at all. They are 'as new'.

This record has been professionally cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
