ORIGINAL UK ISSUE - GATEFOLD SLEEVE - 1973
OUTSTANDING CONDITION!!!
Original UK stereo LP, release date 1973 on the Atlantic label.
Catalogue number: K 50014
Matrix Nos: K50014 A2 and K50014 B3 with "STERLING RL" stamped into the run off.
Condition of cover / inner / record: MINT- / MINT- / MINT- (Grading as used by Record Collector)
The front cover is in great condition - the original satin sheen is clear and clean, there is no ringwear at all and it looks new. The open gatefold is pristine. There is a hint of wear along the open edge and very minor wear to the four corners and this is all that prevents it being mint. The spine is strong and sharp which is quite unusual on a gatefold sleeve of this age. MINT-
The inner sleeve is completely intact and has the song lyrics printed in black on thick white paper. Printed in England by MacNeill Press Ltd. Completely MINT with no yellowing or aging.
The labels on the vinyl are clean and bright NO spindle markings and NO spindle wear! They don't have the WARNER logo which shows a true 1st pressing. The vinyl itself looks mint! There are NO surface marks visible, even under bright light. The record has a wonderful glossy shine and plays like new, producing a beautiful warm tone and punchy dynamics. A great example of this original pressing. MINT-
