Description
Hello! Here is a West Coast Monarch pressing of Led Zeppelin's debut, self-titled LP Led Zeppelin I, Atlantic SD 8216. This is a 1969, or early 1970 pressing with the "1841 Broadway New York" address on both sides of the labels.
Matrix: Side 1 - ST-A-681461-AA AT D12703 RG W Side 2 - ST-A-681462-AA (MR) AT D12703-X RGW
The Cover is between Very Good and Very Good Plus (VG/VG+) condition with no major imperfections. There is light wear around the corners and some very minor wrinkling on the spine. Cover is overall sturdy with a sharp opening edge, and a legible spine!
The Vinyl is a solid Very Good (VG), if not better, and the only noticeable flaw is an 1/2 inch shallow scratch on Side 1, track 4 that can barely be felt. I played through the track and did not hear any pops, or other noise! Otherwise, there are some surface hairline marks, approximately 4 barely visible shallow scratches that cannot be felt, and a few sleeve scuffs that can only be detected under a bright light. Flaws aside, the vinyl sparkles with a nice sheen and is overall exceptional for its age!
