Description

HERE is a nice UK copy of the very first withdrawn pressing of Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin on plum and red Atlantic from 1969. This is a fully complete first pressing with the rare green-tinged gatefold sleeve only found with the very earliest issues of this iconic album. The disc is a comfortable VG with only few of the lightest marks to be seen on either side and with fine (albeit typically mottled) plum and red labels. It plays brilliantly - loud and vibrant. The unlaminated cover with green-tinged spine is in VG condition with no writing, no rips and no sticker tears but just a little creasing and light edgewear, spinewear and rear panel ringwear - in fact an extremely presentable example of a sleeve which is generally to be found in quite sorry condition.
