Biete hier sowohl die deutsche Teldec Pressung mit RL Matrix auf Seite A als auch die amerikanische Atlantic Monarch Pressung mit RL Matrix auf beiden Seiten an. Habe beide Platten selbst einmal auf Ebay ersteigert, beide LP's wurden mir als Near Mint verkauft - leider trifft dies nicht wirklich zu, von daher rate ich allen ab, die auf der Suche nach einer LP in einwandfreien Mint Zustand. Die deutsche Pressung hat leichte Haarlinien Kratzer, Seite A spielt einwandfrei mit ganz ganz leichtem Knistern in ruhigeren Passagen durch, Sound ist phänomenal als LZ Fan muss man das gehört haben. Seite B mit dem "korrigierten" Mix hat an einer Stelle einen Kratzer, den man ab und an kurz hört. Bei der amerikanischen Pressung sind deutlich mehr Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden, die LP hat sehr viele Haarlinien Kratzer ab und an hört man auch mal weitere Störgeräusche (clicks/pops). Dennoch und gerade weil die Platte so laut von Robert Ludwig gemastert wurde, ist das Ganze aber immer noch erträglich, soll heißen die LP ist noch lange nicht Schrott :-) und es macht immer noch Spaß sich das Ganze anzuhören. Beide LP's sind sehr selten, was mittlerweile für eine RL bei Ebay bezahlt wird, ist schon bemerkenswert - insofern hat man hier sozusagen eine sehr gutes Starterpaket. Um das Ganze so ehrlich wie möglich im Zustand zu beschreiben bei MINT, MINT-,VG+,VG,VG-,G+ Abfolge, ist die deutsche Atlantic LP in VG+ und die amerikanische Monarch Atlantic Pressung in einem VG- Zustand. Cover sind soweit beide in Ordnung, das laminierte deutsche Atlantic Cover hat innen eine Adresse stehen, ist aber ansonsten noch in einem sehr guten Zustand (VG+), Cover der amerikanischen Variante mit deutlicheren Gebrauchsspuren in VG- Zustand.
Up for sale are two nice starter copies of LZ II, on the one hand the german Teldec version with the rare withdrawn RL laquer cut on Side A, plus aswell the original american 1969 counterpart as Monarch issue with RL and Sterling SS laquer on both sides. Both records are used, while the German pressing is in far better condition as the american one. Side A of the Teldec Pressing sounds fantastic, with only very light amount of Background crackle in quiter passages. Side B with the corrected mix has one scratch which causes some clicks. The american pressing has lots of fine hairline scratches, so it crackles often, especially in the quiter passages. All in all the record is still quiet enjoyable, beacause it was cut so loud/hot. I actually bought both records on eBay as NM, this was unfortunately wrong. On a scale range MINT, MINT-,VG+,VG,VG-,G+ the German RL is (VG+/VG+) and the American Monarch Atlantic Pressing is in VG-/VG- condition.
