3rd issue, the last on red/maroon labels, with "Killing Floor" credit, unlaminated gatefold sleeve.

First Cat.# on sleeve, 2nd on labels.
A3 appears as "The Lemon Song" on sleeve, but as "Killing Floor" on label.
B2 appears as "Livin' Lovin' Maid (She's a Woman)" on sleeve, but as "Livin' Lovin' Maid (She's Just a Woman)" on label.

Fully playtested.  sounds great vg+.. lines and  marks. some occasional Surface noise  in quiet bits. name on label
