Description
LED ZEPPELIN III
LP
Low start!.....NO Reserve!!.....NO high priced ‘Buy It Now’.
PLEASE READ!........
The record is scuffed. Looks bad and plays OK with crackles audible, mostly in quiet parts. The music cuts through OK. Probably do until a better one comes along.
The wheel works fine. Sleeve has a corner crease and small marks inside.
I’m not a Led Zeppelin expert so here are the details:
* 1st pressing with 'Produced by Jimmy Page' and below this 'Executive Producer: Peter Grant' on the label.
* Joined-up catalogue number on the label as '2401002' . Later pressings insert a 'dash' and show the cat. number as '2401-002'
* Etched in dead wax Side 1: ‘Do what thou wilt’
* Etched in dead wax Side 2: ‘So mote it be’
* Revolving Wheel sleeve – Gatefold Sleeve.
* Inside sleeve, song titles on right hand side in a circle. Later issues moved them to the left side.
* No ‘Atlantic’ K50002 Stereo printing on back of sleeve.
* No ‘Sleeve printed & made in England…..’ on back of sleeve. Later issues had this printing.
* No ‘Produced by Jimmy Page’ etc printed on inner sleeve.
* Printing on front of sleeve is ‘ATLANTIC DELUXE’. Later issues read ‘Atlantic K50002 Stereo’
* Spine printing different.
* LABEL: Atlantic 2401002 Stereo (Red & Maroon)
* ISSUED: 1970
* Jimmy Page / Robert Plant / J.P.Jones / John Bonham

Due to an increase in eBay fees I have unfortunately had to increase postage slightly. (But still less than many sellers!) Also, eBay now charge a 9% fee on postage cost. To help buyers I will list this auction with a low start price.
This is a Vinyl record. Note that most vinyl will have a little faint 'crackle'. I describe them as best I can but be aware all records may have a very occasional background.
