On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Led Zeppelin called "Led Zeppelin" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1969 UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press Red/Maroon (Plum) Atlantic label, and MEGA RARE 1st Press Cover with 'Turquoise' Sleeve Lettering!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IN FACT, THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LED ZEPPELIN RECORDS EVER MADE!!!!  IT HAS AN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITIONED 'TURQUOISE LETTERED' FULLY LAMINATED COVER, AND THE 1ST PRESS 'SUPERHYPE' CREDITS ON EACH RECORD LABEL!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN MORE SPECIAL IT THAT IT COMES IT AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'EXTRA' INSERT!!!!   WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, EACH LP HAD A TINY 'COMPETITION INSERT' PUT INSIDE THE LP - GIVING THE CHANCE FOR ANY BUYER TO ENTER AND WIN A TRIP TO THE U.S.A. The Cat. No is 588 171 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Red/Maroon Atlantic label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Led Zeppelin at their best!!!! Any fan of Led Zeppelin, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in STUNNING condition overall - with only 1 TINY and REALLY minor defect (mentioned below).  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  However - there is an absolutely TINY (and COMPLETELY unnoticeable) bit of uneveness on this record ONLY affecting the run on grooves.  It DOES NOT cause ANY sound of ANY kind AT ALL!!!!  I also tested this on 3 different systems and basically 99% of the time the music plays PERFECTLY!!!!  However I would recommend that on VERY sensitive systems the needle may need to be held on the first revolution of the music & the run on grooves - though literally after the first revolution of the music I would have FULL confidence that ANY system in the world would play it PERFECTLY!!!!  You may well ask - why am I offering this LP?  Well this LP plays PERFECTLY throughout this TINY bit of uneveness (which you cant even see by the naked eye!) and by holding the needle VERY gently (which ensures the LP plays though PERFECTLY) on the first revolution of the music and run on grooves seems a TINY price to pay - for what overall has to be one of the most STUNNING 1st Pressings you can possibly find!!!!  AND DONT FORGET JUST HOW RARE THIS IS!!!!  IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY LONG TIME BEFORE TO SEE ANOTHER!!!!  Naturally this record is VERY hard to grade - but it is a STUNNING record nonetheless!!!!  Without the TINY and INVISIBLE bit of uneveness it would EASILY grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!!  But with this - I will leave that up to the winning bidder to decide - though I must stress again that this is STUNNING record and one of the BEST 1st Pressings I have seen!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! THE ULTRA RARE 'EXTRA' COMPETITION INSERT IS IN AWESOME CONDITION AND CLEARLY HASNT EVER LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The FULLY LAMINATED 'Turquoise Lettered' 1st Press Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), shiny laminate and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO yellowing, NO writing, and NO grubbyness!!!! This cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better and is EXTREMELY hard to find in this condition!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
