One of greatest rock albums ever ! Ex condition......Swan Song Kings Road 1975 UK 1st press copy...

Excellent UK 1st pressing A1 B4 C1D1  1975 UK Swan Song 1975 press to buy and keep very clean `Ex` vinyl age 46 near impossible to find in this shape but here it is....for sale as a duplicate copy..

Please note that this album is complete and original 1975 UK pressing and is sold for its rarity rather and condition....

also credits go only to "Joanelene Music Ltd"  and `Made in UK` on label `no Warners Credits on labels` as the later copies have...very early copy..
the sound quality of these rare first presses wipes the floor in our view with the new reissues but over to the listener....
Zeppelin were the undisputed Kings of rock at this time , the untitled iv th album ha d clearly settled that plus US tours , hugely successful sold out UK tour 72/73 and in May 75 they played what many regard as their greatest live shows at Earls Court London over 5 nights...sold out in minutes on physical cash only sales via Virgin Record stores at the time.  Physical was released Feb 75 and sold well in US 16 times Platinum and UK double Platinum..amazing for a higher priced double at the time.
This album took Zep took yet another level with some greatest rock songs like THE ROVER, TEN YEARS GONE, IN MY TIME OF DYING either left over from the iv th album recordings or recorded fresh when they returned to  Headly Grange Hampshire and Olympic studios London,also Electric Lady studios NYC. `Bron Y Aur` coposed at the cottage in Wales featured in the 3rd Album is included here also. 
The sleeve was unusually designed with window holes in outer cover , inner sleeve has band photos which align , interesting stuff..  
This sleeve is hard to find with windows intact and all inserts in place, here it is under 160 gbp...

A3 B4 C1D1  firts matrixes!

In Excellent condition with some light surface lines and hairlines only,light removal scuffs from sleeve removal over the years.,no jumps or sticks on our Rega 3 bear in mind this is a 46 year old vinyl record! we also tested on a fussy "light tracking" Kenwood deck with no issues.
very clear audio quality in the acoustic tracks with no skips or jumps to disrupt. There is only faint pops in some quieter passages but not many.

Anyone are looking for "mint" or " record store new" or "Mint" archive copies please see our other listings and note this is not one of those.

some static in the very quiet, the acoustic parts,

Nice fat mid 70s vinyl wow ! nice flat and fat.

Plays fantastic with bright crisp sound may benefit from a professional clean (we don't do this as it's an individual thing) some background static is noticeable in the quieter passages but not many of those!

The labels are free of writing doodles or stickers and retain great bold colours with no fade we can notice under light., the pictures do not do justice! they are very  clean with few spindle lines. Vault stored many years. see label picures not a lot of spindle marks

Excellent sleeve

Having done it's job over 46 years the sleeve has very little wear slight rounding to corners only (see photos) stored in upright PVC sleeve for 30+ years.

 It is one of the better "original matt sleeves" it does have a little wear at corners, its a really excellent sleeve (see photos in listing) there is an original Red  "Swan Song Records Kings Road London on the reverse of this 1st press cover (see picture) ...collectible its ex. later copies show warners credits..  does show some ring wear, its in decent shape not flattened like many we see.  

(see photo in listing) really great order no issues, rips, stickers or writing.

There are no seam splits , colours are good and not a lot fading, the thick card has held up well, spine shows light wear.

The original grey blotting paper inner with "Gothic Printers" credit is present wow! soo difficult to get. its VGC with some handling soiling for its 46 years

inner sleeve is in great order only small fraying at the opening side see pictures, these are old and fragile now (see photos in listing) no tape or writing on the inner sleeve
These are often tatty beyond help but on this one its in very good  condition and an original from release date in 1975 with the earliest credits

This is a great buy for someone looking for a wholly original 1st press of this great album (its Ex vinyl copy)

It is mint in most places, only a tick here and there, no skips or jumps and beautiful audio Near Mint copies are almost impossible now sometimes £250+!
