UK 1st PRESS WITH A1/B5/C1/D1 MATRIX STAMPS.
Know your pressings!
Atlantic's distributor WEA started their own pressing in the mid 70s, prior to that most of their pressing were handled by CBS, this is a CBS pressing with A1 / B5 / C1 / D1 machine stamped matrix numbers.
No WEA logo on labels, Kings Road address on back over cover, SSK 89400A / B catalogue numbers on the back, right-hand-corner of inner covers.
The records are EX+ / virtually like new. There's no sign of pin / spindle marks - quite possibly only played a few times.
The cover has tiny bottom left and right corner rubs and VERY slight shelf wear when held to the light, still in near mint condition. Inners and wraparound titles inner are all NM. Fab copy!

Grading
Vinyl - EX+/NM
Disc 1 - Stunning vinyl both sides providing top audio playback. Vinyl holds its original sheen and lustre like it was pressed yesterday. Some very light/wispy hairlines barely visible even under bright light and close inspection but nothing sounds. Top audio. Loud, punchy. Easily grades at NM.
Disc 2 - Same as above really, Looks clean and glossy with just a couple of light hairlines with no effect to play. A little more visible than the A/B disc but still no effect to play at all. Strong gloss and top audio playback. Easily grades at EX+.
From start to finish the audio playback is near perfect. No hiss, crackle or surface noise. No clicks, pops or sticking. Just superb and EX+/NM audio as it was indented to be. Even between tracks you can bearly hear a thing other than the usual static type background noise as with all records.
Sleeve - NM
Non-laminated die-cut sleeve. No rips, writing or seam splits. So, so very difficult to find in this condition, just look at the pictures. Look at those die-cut windows, incredible condition. Not one rip, tear or split to the sleeve. Some very minor edge/storage wear.
Labels - NM
Factory Fresh Labels. No spindle lines at all!!
