CONDITION REPORT & PHOTO GALLERY AUDIO Overall grade; EX/EXCELLENT(+); this has been completely play graded from start to finish at volume through my Sennheiser headphones and all sides played through wonderfully well with a bright, clear and crisp audio and no distortion at all.
All four sides sounded superb with the only flaws being the odd bit of light insignificant crackle and just a handful of pops/clicks. Disc two possibly played slightly better than disc one. The records delivered fantastic sound and were an absolute pleasure to listen to. Superb.
Although the records are both very clean already, it is quite possible that a professional clean could make the audio even better still.
VINYL (VISUAL): Disc one is EX/EXCELLENT(-) with just some very light superficial marks and fine hairlines. Disc two looks slightly better and grades as EXCELLENT. All flaws are very minor and are nothing to worry about and did not have any adverse affect on the audio quality. Wispy sleeve removal type marks under bright illumination.
All four labels are MINT; bright and clean with no writing, rips or tears and no signs of use at all that I could spot. Superb.
SLEEVE, INNERS & INSERT: EXCELLENT; the sleeve is a lovely example with just minor faults. Slight storage wear to the rear and a touch of wear to the bottom edge. Both spines are firm and straight; all text still clearly legible. No damage at all to any of the fragile die cut 'windows'. Looks wonderful overall
Both inners look great with just light signs of age. Grade as EX/EXCELLENT(+). No splits or tears.
The credits insert is also in lovely condition, again with just light signs of age and a small brown spot to one side. Grades EXCELLENT.

PAYMENT & CHECKOUT
Please remember that your bid is binding.
I reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers whose previous feedback ratings are poor.

GRADING

Unless otherwise stated, all of my records have been play tested before listing using a Rega P3-24 turntable with Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge & stylus. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself.

Please take confidence from the fact that I have been a collector myself for over 20 years (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know only too well how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.

I also grade visually using a strong halogen lamp.

I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.

POSTAGE / SHIPPING

I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.

For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.

As a general rule, shipping will be discounted ie. I lose money on the costs of buying my packaging. I do not profit from this; please remember that my costs are not simply those shown on the stamp!

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
