Description
Led Zeppelin---"Untitled - Zoso"---Original UK 1st Pressed Stereo Album In VG Playing Condition On The Red/Plum Atlantic Label---A/3 and B/3 From 1971---With G+ Gatefold Sleeve And G+ Inner Sleeve---This is not the best you will ever find, please don't think it is, but it is very rare and is a nice listenable playing copy for anyone wishing to add a red/plum one to their collection!
This is a UK copy from 1971 in stereo on the red and plum Atlantic label, cat. no. 2401012 with matrices A/3 and B/3.
Vinyl: VG. The vinyl is in nice looking condition with just a few light marks and scratches. Both sides play through really well with no jumps or skips. There is some surface crackle but you can't hear it in the louder tracks (most of it!!). Side 1 has a tick which you can hear from the beginning of the last track (Stairway To Heaven) and this continues about half way until just before the drums kick into the louder part (you know....the part where we all play air drums!!)
Labels: EX. Labels are in great bright condition with just a couple of very light spots and a name 'LYNN' in red pen on each side. As these are on the red part of the label you can't see them very easily. There is fairly heavy use spindle wear.
Sleeve: G+. The gatefold sleeve is reasonable condition with very heavy wear. It still opens well and has no splits. There is a label stuck crudely, to the back and another to the front, with the same name 'LYNN' in green ink. It has caused a small tear to the back. The inner sleeve is in G+ condition too and has the same green 'LYNN' written twice on each side. At least this denotes it as an original set of 3....vinyl, sleeve and inner as they belonged to the same person. The flips on the inner are nicely secured with no damage and the print and left and right edges are in lovely condition. The bottom edge has a 2 inch split in the centre but hasn't frayed out.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
Many thanks for looking at this and our other vinyl to be auctioned.
Please note that all records we sell are listened to in their entirety and are graded generously according to Record Collector guidelines. None of the vinyl has jumps or skips unless advised in the description. We can send by insured post if required--please check for price.
