This is an excellent very close to mint original US pressing of the epic Led Zeppelin double album, Physical Graffiti,  released by Swan Song Records in 1975., without bar code at the top back of cover This  LP is recognized as one of the groups finest releases and ranks number 70 on Rolling Stone magazine list of 500 greatest albums.

As to grading, I grade very conservatively For records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some. Most of the items I am selling will be in the Excellent to Near Mint range. 

The LP  visually is in excellent condition and very close to near mint condition with a barely visible and inaudible scuff on side 3 keeping LP from near mint grade. The LP has been play graded using headphones after having been cleaned by hand, and plays very nice and quietly. Please note that the LP was cleaned and play graded several weeks ago, and should be cleaned again before play. The die cut cover which includes the original insert and original record sleeves  is in very good plus condition . All cover corners are slightly worn. The seams and spine are strong with no splits and product information is still readable on spine  The front and back of  the cover are in very good condition with slight ring and other wear (few creases) visible, although color image on front and back are still very nice. The mouth at the top of the cover has slight damage

The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold and shipped is returned in the same condition .Buyers that behave in a less than ethical manner will be reported and blocked from participation in future auctions. The LP will be separated from the cover when shipped to prevent seam splitting.
