LED ZEPPLIN II - ATLANTIC SD 8236 RARE 1ST PRESSING "RL" HOT CUT VG+/VG.
US 1st pressing (with the 1841 Broadway address on the labels), featuring Robert Ludwig's "hot" mastering on both sides. These were withdrawn early because the high bass levels caused low-grade cartridges to mistrack, leading people to return the album on the belief that it was defective.
This record is VG+ condition, perhaps better. It has no scratches or skips. There is hardly any crackle and only a few pops. The cover is in VG condition with some light edge-wear at the corners and some browning due to aging. The original sleeve is not present, having been replaced on Day 1 with an audiophile sleeve.

The record in its inner sleeve will be removed from the outer sleeve for shipment and carefully packed in a special purpose box.
The album will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind that the USPS has been experiencing significant delays in some parts of the country and EBay's estimated delivery dates are wildly optimistic. New procedures being implemented at the USPS are expected to make the situation worse. Please expect and accept that it may take ten days or more for delivery.
What appeared to be "FZ" is actually read correctly sideways as "LW" which stands for :Longwear plating Metal parts"
