The record has the "EAR" symbol (a pretzel-like engravure about 1/4-inch/6mm long) in the trail-off vinyl (both sides), which on SOME jazz labels is associated with very early or first pressings)

The record has Rudy Van Gelder’s  initials (RVG) clearly stamped or hand-etched in the dead waxon both sides of the vinyl

About Grading:

Mint: new, unplayed, sealed, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality, cover and any extra items are in perfect condition

Near Mint (NM): record shows almost no sign of being played and is scratchless. Visually it looks new! Cover shows only the slightest wear possible, but is almost as new!

Excellent: record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, cover/packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

Very good: record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch, normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects

Good: record with obvious damage like scratches, noise, waterdamage, cover not perfect, could be better, but good to have this copy ( I will not sell records with this grading!!)

+/- tendency up or down

About Shipment:

Records will be shipped from Holland. Within Holland records will be sent with track&trace.

Outside Holland records will only be shipped by traceable and signed shipment (and will therefore be automatically insured up to 500 euro)

Exceptions (untraceable) will be made for those who will take full responsibility in case of loss or damage during transport.

For the shipment of singles (7") I will use regular mail, unless customer desires otherwise (see info below)

Shipping fees are as follows:

Within Holland via POSTNL €6,75 or DHL €5,50 with track&trace

Traceable shipment to (EUR1): UK, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain and Austria up to 2 kilograms 11,50GBP (about €14,50), non traceable shipment 6,85GBP (€8,50).

Traceable shipment to (EUR2): Bulgaria, Finland, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Romania up to 2 kilograms 17,00 GBP (19,50 euro). Non traceable 8,20GBP (€10,20).

Traceable shipment to rest of Europe (EUR3): (including Greece, Turkey, Switzerland and Norway) will cost 17,50GBP (€20,50). Non traceable 8,90GBP (€11,05).

Worldwide traceable shipment 21,50GBP (25,00 euro). Non traceable 13,50GBP (€17,10)

Singles (7") will be send with regular postage or when customer it preferes by signed and insured (up to 50 euro) mail.

Europe Regular Mail (up to 250gr): 4,50 euro

World regular mail (up to 250gr): 5,00 euro

About Packing:

All records will be very well packed. I use only very strong and thick cardboard. The record will be in it's inner sleeve and on top of the outer sleeve, to avoid splits and other damage.   All records will be shipped in a brand new plastic outher cover.

Boxes will be specially prepared!!
