Blue Note Records BST 84199 (stereo) (made in USA) - Lee Morgan - "Van Gelder" and the "ear" are stamped in the dead wax. The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23".
