Many people know about Cursed. Well this is vocalist Chris Colohan's angrier younger group before Cursed.  This is urgent sincere hardcore that smashes your face in gleeful fashion.  Despite their angry narrative, they don't have the cliche goon stance.  In fact, "eat sh!t." No metal riffs, just dark edgy hardcore.  What other band do you know that has a record that is a circular blade saw?! (  <-- This isn't included!) Circular Saw LP isn't included, but do check out that split LP Left for Dead did with Acrid which is called "Hacked to Pieces."  Undeniably classic, especially in the layout.

Left for Dead were one of the best ever Canadian hardcore bands, and they played in the late-90s.  Thus, they were also members (previously or after LFD) of Chokehold, The Swarm, Burning Love, Sect, and Cursed.  Metaphorically smashing faces in 1996-1998, they also reunioned multiple times (2004, 2013).
