Description
ONE ONLY! Beatles investment with terrific upside potential:
THE BEATLES! SHE LOVES YOU/I'LL GET YOU (Swan #4152 white label 1st pressing, 1963): plays VG, name on B-side.
GUARANTEED GENUINE 1963 white label 1st stock pressing with "MASTERING RECO-ART PHILA" & machine-stamped numbers. This is the third commercially-released Beatles single issued in the United States. This well-played example plays great & will fill that scarce hole until you're ready to shuck $1000+ to upgrade.
Low opening bid without reserve...put it in The Vault!
BeatleDave is selling out! Compulsively-curated personal collection...each & every auction unconditionally guaranteed: if you aren't happy, return it for a refund. Any item selling for over $100 must be shipped with insurance, so please wait to pay until you get a revised invoice. U.S. bidders only, please.
More small print!
Swan Records was first to issue She Loves You in America with this pressing. Brian Epstein convinced Swan to release it in September 1963 after Vee Jay Records rudely declined to do any more Beatles singles. VJ already tried twice earlier that year (with Please Please Me & From Me To You) & neither 45 made Billboard's Hot 100.
Swan's Fall 1963 She Loves You attempt fared little better. It got almost no U.S. airplay (a little in L.A.) & like its 2 VJ predecessors, it failed to chart...another Beatles bomb.
Don't be fooled by common white label fakes lacking machine-stamping. Black label #4152 Swans are dime-a-dozen 1964 reissues.
