Condition Sleeve: VG+ (in shrink still, but some of it is slightly ripped. Slight ring wear and dings on edges)
Comment: Super rare soul/funk/modern record from Hawaii with the modern monster “Hunk of Heaven” on it.  Hard to find record in phenomenal shape.

All records graded visually and very conservatively on a scale of Sealed (factory sealed), M- (looks new but not sealed), EX (been played but looks great and sounds great), VG+ (some scuffs but plays great with little noticeable noise), VG (noticeable visible scuffs and audible pops and scratches but plays through), VG- (visible marks and loud scratches and most likely a skip or two), G (looks bad and plays bad).
