LEO PARKER: "LET ME TELL YOU 'BOUT IT" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #84087. Rare vintage jazz Lp! Stereo pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the NEW YORK USA address on both sides. 'RVG' stamped in the trail-off on both sides (no ear). Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover. The personnel: John Burks/trumpet; Bill Swindell/tenor sax; Leo Parker/baritone sax; Yusef Salim/piano; Stan Conover/bass; Purnell Rice/drums. The vinyl is in VG+ to VG++ condition (beautiful sheen)!! The thick cover is in excellent clean shape, still protected by the cellophane shrink wrap, displays wonderfully!! There is a minor 3" knife slit tear at bottom left on back only that is not readily apparent. Faint, minor water stain at very bottom right edge on back only. No seam splits, no cut-out marks, no writing, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 43 West 61st St., New York 23. The songs are: Glad Lad; Blue Leo; Let Me Tell You 'Bout It; Vi; Parker's Pals; Low Brown; TCTB.
