Leon Russell - the man with the 60 year musical career; his collaborations rank as some of the most successful in music history, and as a touring musician he performed with hundreds of notable artists. His recordings earned six gold records. He received two Grammy Awards from seven nominations. In 2011, he was inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. His recordings earned six gold records and two Grammy Awards. In the early to mid 1970's he was one of the most popular live performers in the world.
These eight albums represent a fair sampling of Russell's music, although he recorded 33 albums and at least 430 songs. The front covers are in the group photo and the rear covers are in the individual photos because they often get overlooked, and that's where the song titles usually are. (eBay only allows so many pictures for a listing.) For a lot of this size the vinyl quality is extraordinary; the "Leon Live" triple album alone is worth 15 bucks in the condition that it's in. All LPs have been properly cleaned whether they needed it or not.
