Description

Here is the album which sees this great poet, singer/songwriter join forces with the Rock producer responsible for the “wall of sound”, Phil Spector, to create an explicit, confronting and controversial offering

LEONARD COHEN

DEATH OF A LADIES’ MAN

8 BROODING & COMPLEX TRACKS:

1. True love leaves no traces; 2. Iodine; 3. Paper thin hotel; 4. Memories; 5. I left a woman waiting; 6. Don’t go home with your hard-on; 7. Fingerprints; 8. Death of a ladies’ man

THE RECORD: This Australian pressed disc is a beautifully clean piece of vinyl. It has had many careful spins. Hence, it is in very good to excellent condition – no intrusive marks, scratches, scuds, smudges, dimple spots, lint, fluff, fingerprints, or grime, and only a couple of light surface scuffs.

THE COVER: In a gatefold format, it is in good to very good condition – no tears, bends, creases, or fading. Storage and usage wear is evident, along with a partial storage ring mark. The spine, all edges, and corners are okay.

Produced by Phil Spector. Released on Warner Bros Label (Aust.), 1977. Cat. No. BS 3125
