Original 1969 USA LP with company plain white inner sleeve.
Released on the WINDFALL label, catalogue number 4500.
Large, bold-faced STEREO at top of left indicia on labels Monarch Pressing.
Matrix numbers read:
A-side: 4500SA T MR [Logo] ?13772 RL SS
B-side: 4500SB T MR [Logo] ?13772-X RL SS.
Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Plays FINE/EXCELLENT)
Clean presentable sleeve, has light ring wear, small bottom right hand corner rub/split and touches of edge wear.
Displays no rips/tears, no edge wear, no major seem splits and no creases, grades VERY GOOD+.
Company inner sleeve, small deletion cut and superficial wear, no rips, no splits, grades VERY GOOD+.
Clean labels with light spindle marks evident, surfaces retain the full rich glossy sheen.
Display no bad or heavy scuffs/marks, some minimal hairline scuffs evident, under light.
Record grades visually as EXCELLENT condition.
*Record tested plays FINE/EXCELLENT on both sides, emits mainly a clean sound throughout.
Some minor low level surface noise evident between tracks and during some quiet passages.
