Mega Rare 1st Press Sticker Poster A1 A1 Censored Inner
The last Stones album to feature a unique mono mix and a genuine first UK pressing (not one of those passing itself off as one).
First UK pressings of this album are extremely rare for a variety of reasons not least of which are various components that make up a genuine first pressing. At one stage or another one of these components would change or quite simply not be issued with the album i.e. no poster (it was very soon withdrawn after release). No sticker on the front and so on.
This is a genuine UK first pressing!!! Let me explain.
Firstly it has the sticker on the front cover. Secondly it includes the original poster with no pin holes, writing, tears, etc. It has hardly been out of its sleeve since new. Thirdly this example has the original inner sleeve with the censored blacked out "The London Bach Choir". The necessary permission had not been received and so rather than reprint the inner sleeve it was simply blacked out!! This is a true original inner. Later sleeves do not have this. Lastly and perhaps most importantly this record has A1 A1 matrix marks. Often you will see A1 B2 marks but rarely the A1 A1 matrix marks of the true original first UK pressing with "1" at 9 o'clock on both sides !!
The record labels are in great condition with no writing, no wear, and only a very few light spindle marks!!! It is very clear that this record has barely been played at all. The poster is in stunning condition with no pinholes or rips!!! The mega rare stickered cover is in super condition!!! It has no edge wear, no spinal wear, only very slight corner wear, only a very few light creases (cover retains all its original flatness), and no writing!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with no feathering!!! The revers of the sleeve has no writing, tears or creases.
YOU ARE BIDDING ON AN ULTRA RARE UK FIRST MONO PRESSING OF "LET IT BLEED" WITH:
1) A1 A1 MATRIX MARKS AT 9 O'CLOCK
2) STICKERED SLEEVE
3) INSERT POSTER
4) ORIGINAL "CENSORED" INNER SLEEVE , AVAILABLE WITH FIRST PRESS ONLY!!!
